I would highly recommend this townhouse for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some amazing views from the rooftop. The townhouse offers lots of amenities that make it worth the price! The hosts are quick responders to any questions that you may have and check in with you to ask how things are going. My only suggestion for guests would be to not take a big size vehicle as the parking space could get pretty compact. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for the weekend!

Great location for us, only a block from my son. Resturants and bakeries nearby. Comfortable. Having bathroom on 2nd floor inconvenient from 1st floor living spaces. Great views from rooftop, but seating cushions stained and in disarray. Kitchen a bit tight and parking is frustratingly tight.

After circumstances outside of our control had caused last-minute minute changes during our vacation to Washington we had to start looking for a new location for our stay and we are so glad that we ended up here! Not only was the home beautiful and in a great location, but it was also incredibly clean and had absolutely everything that we needed. Aside from the state of the house, Muni and his team were excellent to work with. They offered prompt assistance for any issues that came up and showed us kindness and patient every step of the way, which we were very grateful for given all of the uncertainties that arose in our trip. It made all the difference in the world to have a host that was as understanding and happy to help as Muni was and we would love to stay at one of his properties anytime in the future!

Perfect home and location for my family. The space was well decorated and had more than enough room. It was easy to get to all of our favorite spots from Beacon Hill. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in the city but not feel congested. Will come back here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at the townhome. It was beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. The 360-degree view of the mountains and the lake was breathtaking—truly a highlight of the trip. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathtub was a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and smelled fresh upon arrival, which made for a great first impression. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning at all times of the day. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Would love to come back!

Nothing bad to say about this place. Host was great, area was great. Just the parking is tight but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Muni's place. It was clean, quiet, spacious. Muni was incredibly quick to respond to our questions and even let us check-in a little early. The location is within walking distance of light rail, restaurants, grocery store -- very convenient. We would return for sure.

Absolutely love the place. Almost everything is in walking distance. I love amenities and the view. Host is nice and responsive. Just 2 things I think could be improved is wifi and parking. Other than those 2, everything is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

The townhome was great - had everything we needed and a great location within walking distance of Beacon Hill Station and nearby restaurants and shops. Furnishings fit the bill though do keep in mind that the primary bedroom has a queen bed. We did end up having to park on the street about a half block away for our stay as the neighbors were parked so close together that the designated parking space for this home was not usable for a mid-size sedan. Neither neighbor moved their car at any point during the week until the night before our departure. Fortunately, there was a strip of street nearby that didn't have anyone parked on it for the duration of our stay so we were able to park there consistently. One note on the master bathroom shower is that the hot and cold water are reversed from what's labeled on the valve. Something to be aware of so you don't spend a while wondering why there's no hot water! We would stay here again if visiting the neighborhood.

This place was the center of everything for us. It was so nice to have bathrooms for each bedroom . The entire place was clean top to bottom. The views were nice and peaceful. It was so nice the apartment came with seasonings to cook and standard household items. I would recommend this place as a good stay. Thank you guys for hosting my stay ! 🎉😊😊

Great set up! My friend and I each had our own level of the home to enjoy. The rooftop and balconies were a vibe too! Annnndd the soaking tub was sooooooooooooooo needed! We will be back!!

Very beautiful space. Was wowed every day by the wonderful views. Quiet neighborhood, clean home. Only thing we needed to provide for ourselves was the food we chose to eat. Seattle is a wonderful city and we felt fortunate to begin our stay at Muni & Jared’s place. Our hosts were extremely kind and very responsive, we did not need for much but the one question we had got answered right away

I had a fantastic stay at this spacious Airbnb! The place was spotless and well-appointed, with great amenities throughout. The highlight was definitely the upstairs patio — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Muni and Jared’s AirBnB. It’s a beautiful home! Very clean, modern and spacious. However, there were a few minor issues, for example, the shower handle in the master bath operates on an opposite direction (blue is hot, and red is cold) and it wasn’t noted in the reservation, so the first night, we weren’t able to use the master shower. Beds are a quite springy and pillows are very high, so just a warning for those with neck issues. It wasn’t too bothersome for me after a few adjustments. Also, the heat/ac is located in the living room and master bedroom, so the bedroom on the second floor doesn’t get as warm as the third floor. There also isn’t a bathroom located on the first floor, so be prepared to get your cardio in! Parking can also be tricky depending on how the neighbours park. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Muni is very responsive and rectified a lot of our concerns quickly which is greatly appreciated. Would stay here again, definitely.

The place was very clean and matched the description. The kitchen is very functional. Nice gas stove for cooking. Nice plates, pots/pans, utensils, and Keurig with coffee pods. The beds are a bit basic and springy but decent. Good sheets and covers. All windows are operable if you want fresh air. No backyard, but the rooftop patio is really nice with a view of the city and mountains and a nice couch, would be perfect for hanging out with friends. The neighborhood is not the most interesting but there is a large grocery store within walking distance (5 minutes walk), and the area is safe. Private parking area was convenient. The house is near an airport and there is some air traffic but this is not a problem when you are indoors. The place is about at 15 minutes drive from downtown. Would definitely recommend if you need something in that area.

We had the best time at this amazing place!! The host was super responsive and helpful, they even let us check in a little early! The home was cozy and had everything we needed, the roof top patio was so fun to hang out and the master bath was truly a highlight. The location made it super easy to access downtown and the stadiums. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay in Seattle.

Muni’s place was absolutely wonderful, especially the patio. We had no trouble with finding the home and it was a very peaceful place to stay. Muni was also very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here, the townhouse had everything we needed and more, and was very clean and comfortable. There's a lot of great restaurants within a block or two and it's right by the light rail, so it was an ideal location for us.

Muni and Jared’s house was an excellent place to stay during our week in Seattle. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops. The private parking made coming and going very easy when we wanted to go further out. The house was spotless and they were very responsive both before and during our stay with any questions we had. The rooftop deck also offered a great view of the city and mountains on a clear day.

While the place is a little on the small side, the layout makes very good use of the space. We had a group of 3 people but this place could comfortably accommodate 4 adults working remote. There were plenty of private areas so that everyone could easily work and take meetings without distracting each other. WiFi was consistent and quick throughout the entire house as well.

Highly recommend this property for your next Seattle stay! The 360° rooftop views are worth seeing for yourself and we spent time on the roof daily. The home itself is well kept and has all the necessary items for a short or long term visit. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the time we stayed!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home and neighborhood were beautiful and quiet. We loved having a designated parking spot. The hosts were incredible. I mentioned to Muni that I couldn’t find the hair dryer and he had a new one delivered within hours. We absolutely loved everything about this place.

This is a great place to stay. Everything you need is close by. Friendly neighborhood with good food and bars.

We loved Munis place! It’s so spacious and clean, loved the location! Me and my best friend stayed here for our weekend getaway and it was perfect! You each have your own floor pretty much and the view in the rooftop deck was beautiful will definitely come back and re book this place :)

We had a great stay here! Jared was very prompt in any questions that I had, and the place was nice and clean. It was also located in a great neighborhood close to the lightrail and plenty of restaurants to choose from! We would definitely stay here again when we visit the city.

We spent an entire month here. The apartment looks nice in photos but it’s tough to live in. Parking only works when the neighbors make extra room. Dirty dishes, filthy floor, needed maintenance. Not provisioned well (sponges, mop, cutting board, kettle? House manual?) Wi-Fi drops a lot. Uncomfortable furniture, including beds. Guest bed is tiny, fyi. The power was turned off in the middle of my workday because the host had an unpaid balance. He was prompt in reacting to this, but it was the final straw for us, and we were glad we only had a couple more days left in our stay. For the price point, we expected better. I’d say find a different place if you’re going to pay this much, especially if you’re looking for a long stay.

Excellent stay, Jared and Anna’s place is very clean with an amazing location and views. It is a townhome so there are several sets of stairs. Would stay again if my travels bring me to Seattle, highly recommend.

Stayed for 2 months while in town for business. Great workspace, also enjoyed the neighborhood, super convenient cafe, grocery, & Link Access. The roof deck was also a favorite, views of the Sound & the Lake

We had an excellent stay - it was perfect for two co-workers traveling for business in the Pioneer Square district. The home was beautiful and spotless - looks brand new. Full sized kitchen and a nice living area with a huge TV. The master suite was amazing but the second bedroom was perfectly accommodating as well. The rooftop patio was so relaxing - the weather was beautiful while we were there and it was a perfect place to sit outside with a bottle of wine. Parking is around the back of the unit and the spaces are VERY tight but we were thrilled to have parking. There are a lot of stairs - smaller bedroom is on the second floor, master on the 3rd and patio on the 4th. If you aren't ok with stairs this isn't the place for you. Host was very accommodating and communicative. I would come back here again for my next Seattle trip.
